When I look at what we have built, I see people.
My brother Besnik, our colleagues and our partners. People who took responsibility, stayed committed through difficult days, and helped turn an idea into something real.
Over twenty-five years, we have learned by building. We made mistakes, found better ways to work, and kept moving forward together.
Along the way, five pillars became the foundation of our approach:
People. Process. Product. Project. Profit.
That is how the 5P Framework was born. Pllana Ventures is the result—with Pllana Capital, InstaBuilt, Cherry Communities, and our energy and innovation projects.
Today, companies everywhere face difficult questions. How do we support our people? Improve productivity? Reach new markets? Use AI in ways that create real value?
We hear big promises about transformation, digitalization and automation. But inside a company, someone still needs to connect those promises to the work people do every day.
At Akademia’s regional management and leadership conference, I will share how we have worked to make those connections through 5P.
Think of Apple through this lens. Steve Jobs and his team represent People. The operating system illustrates Process. The iPhone is the Product. Reaching the global market is the Project. Profit allows investment in the next innovation.
What makes that vision scale across teams, products and generations of technology? The way these elements work together.
That is our ambition with 5P: to make our business operating system available to others—and strengthen it through shared experience.
We have learned a great deal, and we still have more to learn.
If you are an entrepreneur, professor, researcher or industry expert, I invite you to join us. Bring your experience, your questions and the challenges you are working through. Your contribution could help another team take its next step.
Our culture is FUN, PROFIT and GIVE BACK. Now is the time to build together.
Join me at Akademia. Hear our story—and help shape what comes next.
Build it in Kosovo. Scale it globally.
