The central message of my KOSICT keynote was simple: infrastructure creates possibilities. People and businesses turn those possibilities into value.
Electricity offers a powerful example. Networks delivered power; companies used it to transform manufacturing, food preservation, buildings and electronics. New products created demand, and that demand supported further investment in infrastructure.
Computing power is creating a similar opportunity.
Countries and investors support the buildout. Chip manufacturers and cloud providers deliver capacity. Companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Palantir turn that capacity into models, tools and services.
For entrepreneurs, the next question is practical: where can these capabilities solve a real problem—and how do we build a business around that solution?
Connect AI to the operating system
At Pllana Ventures, we approach that question through connected businesses and the 5P framework: People, Process, Product, Project and Profit.
Construction transformation, real estate development, investment management, and technology and AI must work together.
An industrialised construction system needs strong engineering, manufacturing and delivery processes. A real estate project needs a clear customer proposition and disciplined execution. An investment platform needs credible opportunities, sound information and trusted relationships.
Technology and AI can support each activity. Their value grows when they connect to the people, data and processes that run the business.
This is the direction we are pursuing across InstaBuilt, Cherry Communities and Pllana Capital: build capability, improve execution and create a platform that can scale across markets.
WLT connects the business with the opportunity
World Link Towers is part of that journey.
We are developing a business environment in Prishtina where companies can establish their base, meet partners, present opportunities and build relationships that support global growth.
Our ambition is to make WLT a leading regional platform for collaboration, innovation and international business.
The invitation is concrete. Investors can explore the investment case. Companies can discuss buying or renting their offices. Operators can explore opportunities to provide amenities and services. Partners can help connect the ecosystem to expertise, capital and markets.
For a growing business, the building is one part of the equation. The relationships and opportunities around it can be equally consequential.
From the stage to the next meeting
The next step after KOSICT is to turn the conversation into a clear opportunity: a company looking for its business base, an investor evaluating a project, an operator proposing a service, or a partner opening access to a new market.
That is how we want this journey to continue—with specific conversations, practical decisions and shared execution.
Let’s meet. Talk. Present. Invest. And scale together globally.
